Still chewing on this thought, that many weird music peers I tried to connect with showed no interest over the years. It happens to a lot of ppl so it doesn't bother me ultimately because I like that people are difficult and complex. I'm not blind to my own shortcomings either.
@Elias_Error Like voting, posting new stuff is the bare minimum. The Internet is pure noise these days so it's not like people know about something new until it goes viral. Playing good shows is way more cathartic and transformative for a performer. I hope the live scene comes back post-COVID
Also this year collapsed any possibility of live shows and hanging out so I think most performers are feeling pretty ghostlike rn but I was already used to isolation so I feel for those who actually fw lots of ppl normally
Jk outsider artists are typically well known despite being fringe weirdos and are usually not aware of how weird they are so that definitely wouldn't apply to me. Might be better off calling myself a clown-sider artist instead. 🤹♂️🎨
I don't wanna say that all weirdos haven't been supportive. The ones who have supported me did so passionately. But honestly idc like that's how it was supposed to go and no hard feelings. I enjoy being a ghost on the fringe tbh
I consider myself an outsider artist because all of the weird music people that I tried to connect with over the years have not been reciprocal for the most part so I am kind of like a ghost. Yes I am ghost 👻
Just released by the very talented @Elias_Error a new album of epic proportions BLACKPILL. Probably the most relevant album of 2020. They have a whole new sound with this one. It's dark, gritty, and thumping with energy! https://t.co/FnQYPibcpn
On second thought, this isn't a good period in history to encourage not missing out. Miss the heck out and bask in the nothingness. Become a nihilist and merge with the void. Put this tweet on pause for like two years and it'll be primed.
If you've ever suffered from the condition known as Fear Of Missing Out (FOMO) be sure to take extra precautions to prevent it from developing into the deadly second stage known as Angst From Missing Out (AFMO).
Trump definitely confirms my suspicion that executives are largely just privileged sociopaths who have found a niche in life repeating the same nonsense until lots of gullible people start believing them all the time.
